I've yet to see anyone do windmills like this dude in his athletic prime. Everyone else has a style or tweak that is unique to them or players of similar mechanics or just flat out unable to do full extension windmills. Carter has a textbook form where it's flawless. I'm not even talking about NBA but even professional dunkers cannot replicate his windmills.
