I love extremely vague threads like this.

Here OP, I'll help you out.

The Clippers have probed the market with Jamal Crawford to see if there's a way to acquire a first-round pick that could help them make a competitive offer to Denver for Wilson Chandler or Arron Afflalo, league sources said. The Clippers have also had a continuing interest with Phoenix's Gerald Green, sources said.

Why not just trade Crawford along with an expiring contract for both guys? Denver can flip him for another 1st or let him shoot them out of games.

Either way, it's been a long time coming. Crawford was a great novelty at first but once we traded for Redick I knew it was only a matter of time before he got moved.

You should no longer have the right to be a Clippers fan.

Not that anyone notices they have a fanbase anyway.

As opposed to Chandler shooting 42% and Barnes + Rivers combining for 46 minutes as the backup guards, scoring 12 points a game, with 5 turnovers, 8 fouls and 29% shooting?

the bench in the playoffs is so irrelevant, having a wing player who can kind of defend and shoot would help so much. and barnes is so much more effective when he is playing 20 minutes off the bench

6th, 7th and 8th men are pretty relevant as every team locks down to an eight man rotation.

To get Chandler, we'd have to have further gutted our squad, given up CJ Wilcox as well, and that wouldn't have been enough to put us over the hump.

Bottom line remains, Rivers has exhausted all of our assets and forced us to settle for Kendrick Perkins to be the savior, though, Udoh is better
