Given where the cap is going, none of these guys will be that overpaid; except for Kobe. That will change with the next CBA/Cap and you'll have a whole new bunch of max players making way too much until the next rights deal.

Bosh isn't really overpaid in general, (a 6'11 player with his shooting ability and skill is getting the max) but he's overpaid by the Heat. However, with Whiteside's emergence he can move back to his natural position, so there's still hope the Heat get what they paid for. As for Wade, he opted out of his contract for significantly less money. He's a max player when he's on the floor, but he misses a lot of games so the money he's earning is probably pretty fair.
