View Full Version : Thunder now have ZERO weaknesses

1. Finally acquired a legit big
2. No more Perkins to hold back the offense
3. Acquired 2 more knock down shooters in Novak and Augustine (they already had the best knock down shooter in the game in Morrow)
All this with two top 5 players, and OKC just might be the most stacked team of the last 10 years. If Durant comes up small in the postseason again, I don't even know what I'm going to say. It is truly championship or bust in OKC.

Novak won't likely get any meaningful minutes and could even be possibly bought out by OKC. We'll see.
Kyle Singler is the additional shooter that OKC acquired, who is a career 38% 3PT shooter and new back up SF for OKC.

LeBron family shook as hell right now, yeah, the West has 8 absolutely loaded teams.. its unfair for them in comparison to the other conference (3 stacked teams) and past NBA...

What other team in the West has two top 5 players? Or even two top 10 players for that matter? :biggums:
They no have the legit post presence their fans have been begging for, along with several knock down shooters. What more does this team need?! Serious question.

Lack of home court advantage in the playoffs (if they even get in?), and their coaching is still a weakness.

Let's stay on topic please. Can anyone actually point out one single weakness on this roster? Two top 5 players, best shot blocker in the game, legit big man presence, and knock down shooters for days!

You trollin, but it'd be funny if it was true and OKC became a dynasty. heh. Would be worth bumping.

Home court is overrated. Every Championship team in history has had to win big games on the road. And with this much talent I'm not sure the Thunder even need a coach.

Cavs have three top 10 players, shooters, perimeter defenders, legit big man presence, and they play in the East. + Blatt is a better coach than Brooks.
Cavs are the only team with no excuses this year. OKC will be the 8 seed in the most stacked conference ever. They have PLENTY of excuses. Cavs don't.

I get that you're trolling but acquiring new players late into the season and they don't need any coaching?

How can OKC recover from such losses? Durant's the GOAT if he somehow wins without Jackson/Perkins as a freaking 8 seed in the West.

Cavs still have HUGE holes. No legit backup Center, and Delly is a bit of a liability as well. Until Blatt at least reaches the Finals he doesn't even belong in the same sentence as Brooks. His accomplishments in Europe don't mean anything.
I still have yet to see anyone come up with a single weakness on this Thunder roster. :confusedshrug:

It's actually the other way around, he has to jump ship because he never gets stuff dropped in his lap. Before he jumped ship the best player he played with was Mo Wiliams. Don't even get me started on coaching since Durant stans are still crying about coaching.
Before Durant jumps ship(if ever) players dropped into his lap were Westbrook(top 5 player now or even top 3), Harden for some time(MVP candidate now, best 6th man back then) and Ibaka (best shotblocker in the game and one of the best defensive bigs).
Kobe(also never had to jump ship) dropped stuff in his lap ----> Shaq one the most dominant, if not the most dominant player ever, Goat coach in Phil and then one of the best Euro players ever Gasol.
Yet Lebron is the one who gets the most blame always :oldlol:

:applause: Kobe and KD are the silver spoon babies of the NBA, they get everything handed to them. Alpha's like Lebron don't get handouts, and have to make their own luck.

Don't change the subject now, you were crying about Lebron in a Durant thread. Durant right now has Westbrook, top 5 or top 3 player in the game and Ibaka, one of the best defensive bigs and is still talking about loyalty and hinting that he might go elswhere in 2016.
Who Lebron had on the Cavs when he first left? Did he have a top 5 player by his side and one of the best defensive bigs in the game?

Which top 10 player left a team that had just gone to 4 straight Finals to go to a 33 win team? What other top 10 player had an organization fail to provide them with HOF worthy second option for the first 7 years of their career? I can play this game all day. :sleeping

Good thread, Thunder are strong at every position except the 3.
They have the correct mix of offense and defense, and already have a ton of chemistry and playoff experience.
Absolutely no way Thunder don't win the championship, Westbrook for FMVP :applause:
