I'm talking about the many countries of people who are starving and desperate for a better way of life.
Could this be a large recruiting farm For ISIS?
You could only imagine a steady supply of food, shelter, job would be very attractive to these people.
I fear ISIS will spread through the poor and desperate.

You do realise the average person does not want to just join an extremist group that is going to run their lives like a dictatorship don't you?

When you're hungry and living in horrendous conditions, you do some crazy things.
Africa already has a history of young men joining renegade militia.

I was aware of that group.
I'm talking about a systematic farming of young african children into ISIS camps.

Not really. When living through poverty and misery and distress, the first thing human beings usually turn to is religion, and not just spiritually, but as a temporal guide, to direct them and tell them what to do in the real world. I mean, many in Africa conform to what you would (at least, i do) consider extremist cultural norms already, with FGM still very prevalent in at least 10 African countries already:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_genital_mutilation#mediaviewer/File:FGM_prevalence_0%E2%80%9314_(2014).svg
Human beings are, for the most part, credulous herd animals, living arrogantly off of the accumulated achievements of the past, and with no appreciation of the efforts (and sacrifices) it has taken to grant them the many, many luxuries they take for granted and as their given. Religion will have its day again, i'm almost sure of it. Western secular culture already seems worldweary, cynical and degraded.

Christianity is now one of the two most widely practiced religions in Africa and is the largest religion in Sub-Saharan Africa. Most adherents outside Egypt, Ethiopia and Eritrea are Roman Catholic or Protestant.
It could be likely in Northern Africa, but, that stuff is already happening up there and it isn't any bigger concern than any other country. The war is in the Middle east and spreading.. The presence of christianity and all those crazy militia's is to much of a headache for Isis, i don't think it would be very realistic.

May happen. They are securing Libya as we speak (they are taking Sirte now, which means they will have a bigass port at their disposal and a direct road to Tripoli). Once the whole country fails (which it will quickly, unless Italy intervenes) they will have a direct access to Sudan and may attempt to connect with Boko through Niger.
The only question is whether they have enough Toyotas for all of them

Crazy militia's recruit by offering money, power, protection and women.
All the things ISIS are known for. Well, the women slavery and free reign at Yazidi women etc...
If anything, africans would flock to such an organisation IMO.
ISIS would be very attractive to people who seek guidance and a way out from poverty..

Genocide in Africa doesn't need a religious cause, it's been going on for years now over racial and tribal reasons. They already kill and eat their fallen enemies's heart and drink their blood for strength. SMH @ acting like Africa isn't ****ed up to the core already.

Do ISIS even want to recruit Africans? They're black. May not qualify for ISIS standard.

Which is my point of the thread.
I fear Africa to be a recruiting goldmine. Sooner or later, ISIS will work out that they can get most of their soldiers from these troubled nations. Offer them money, power, protection and women and you will see them join in droves.
Renegade militia offer the same thing, without a religious guide.

Or they could get killed and cannibalized? Humans are predators in nature, are Ukrainians killing each other for religion?
we should box off the following states; Idaho, Montana, Dakotas, Wyoming, Nebraska, Utah, Colorado, and Kansas
gather the African militias and ISIS and drop them into those states. Every month have a pay per view event because people would definitely want to watch scumbags rape/slaughter them selves. provide them with all the drugs and weapons to entertain them selves and the rest of us
