The exact number may vary slightly depending upon how many players are considered current, but still: http://www.sbnation.com/lookit/2015/2/19/8072759/nba-biggest-trade-deadline-ever

That'd be the equivalent of 143 NFL players being moved in one day.

This was one of the most intense trade deadlines.

I had a hard time following all the trades. I still don't know who Brooklyn got for KG.

1 out of every 11 players in the NBA got traded...craziness. Most trades in the history of the NBA.

I found interesting how many point guards were moved, and not for a high price, except maybe Dragic. Goes to show how the league is stacked with good ones.

Probably not a high price because it is the deepest position in the league now.

That helped with little details that I wasn't aware of.

just shuffling the dishes... most of these seem like trades just to be making trades

how many of the trades actually made a team better? not very many

Yesterday was fun.

First and second page of ISH were blowing up more than during the finals.

Wait, so if the Lakers don't wind up with a top 5 pick this year it goes to Philly?

Wait, so if the Lakers don't wind up with a top 5 pick this year it goes to Philly?Looks that way. ESPN merely mentioned it as:

Phoenix sends the Los Angeles Lakers' protected 2015 first-round pick to Philadelphia

But others, including CBS Sports, have clarified:

PHO SEND ISAIAH THOMAS, TYLER ENNIS, MILES PLUMLEE, LAKERS' 2015 TOP-FIVE PROTECTED 1ST-ROUND PICK

...The biggest hit is losing the Lakers' pick, which has a very good chance of going top-ten in this draft. But the Lakers are very much in line to finish inside that top-five, and instead the Suns get a sure-fire late first-rounder.http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on-basketball/25074351/grade-the-trade-the-suns-sixers-and-bucks-traded-everybody

Yikes, that could bite the Suns.

Thanks for clarifying Reke.

Thats some juicy stuff right there. I suppose the Suns felt pretty certain that LA wouldn't mismanage their tank and rightfully so.

You know full well the Lakers are gunna play to lose going down the stretch. Mystery injury to Jordan Hill about to rain down...
