Assume the players that are removed from their current organizations to make this team are replaced with players of equal skill/talent. I'll leave out the Gasol brothers as some people will cry and claim they're "not white" despite the fact that they, and the vast majority of all Spaniards, are indeed white.

I think they'd certainly compete. You could throw in some other bigs for better rim protection like Bogut if healthy and some others. They'd struggle to guard anyone on the perimeter but a good coach might be able to cover up a lot of holes.

Their pick n' pop game would being really tough to guard and they have shooting at almost every position. I think that team is probably destined for a playoff loss in 6/7 games because the games would become too physical and slow to play to their strengths.

You should ask a white person since they're the exclusionary ones. White people are the ones who came up with "one drop rule". Someone who's 1/4th asian with slight asian features will not be considered white by white people, even if they look mostly white. But if one of your two parents is black/asian/etc, I'm not sure they'd qualify for an All-white team.
