is the fit with the team or with the LA nightlife? Not much of a team to fit with, as most of those bums are not long term players for the squad.

Dragic will use the threat of leaving in FA to get a fifth year worth big money from Riley. He's gonna re-sign this summer.

Yeah Goran would take over the team once Kobe goes down with another season ending injury.

Like I said. This is not the guy you want to max out and build around. He doesn't have the winners mentality.

The same people who reported that Dragic wanted out of Phoenix are also posting quotes from this source as well.

I guess anonymous sources are helpful or a problem depending on which side of the fence you are on in regards to a player staying or going. I'm sure Heat fans won't like hearing that while Lakers fans will be thrilled.

Personally I think it's Duffy, Dragic's agent continuing to leak stuff in hopes of generating a massive payday for his client.

Heat really have no other choice but to offer him a max contract imo.

Have we not seen this before? It's either Kobe, or Dragic. It can't be both.

One would think Lakers fans should by now realise that as long as Kobe plays, his pg would suck. Dragic is a better fit on the Heat than Lakers.

Well Lakers can sign him no doubt but Dragic's gonna end up getting bashed by the fans. Just another scapegoat, as long as Kobe plays that is.

perfect fit for what? there's nobody there

I think that's the point. When Dragic was drafted, the coaches like Gentry used to talk about how they had to make sure to spend extra time praising him because he was quick to lose his confidence.

I think he really wants to be "the guy" on the team and doesn't care what the rest of the roster looks like as long as he gets to handle the ball all the time and doesn't have anyone challenging him. I'm guessing he's expecting Kobe to be out the door fairly quick.

If he leaves it frees up some cap-space but lets see how it all works out.

But the Heat can sign Dragic a five-year deal worth up to $100 million, while other teams can offer up to a four-year deal worth $80 million."
.

Any team that does that is legit stupid.

How is Miami NOT a perfect fit for him? He's not leaving Miami to go mentor Jordan Clarkson. They just want the Lakers to up the bidding war
