At least use the best. Dominique Jones, who was on the Mavs title team is averaging 38, 8, 8 in China.

A NBA superstar in his prime could probably score 100 points in a single game in China, when Quincy Douby managed 75.

Beasley is playing in China. For a comparison, Errick McCollum scored 82 points in a game in China, and averaged 40 for this entire season.

Last year with Panionios, a mid tier team in the Greek League, he averaged 18 a game. And to really put it into perspective........he tried to get a contract with a Euroleague team this year, and only two teams would even offer him a contract, and it was at low money and to have a small role in the team. He's a very skilled and talented scorer, but I seriously doubt he would get anything like 18 a game in Euroleague.

As a comparison, Mike James was averaging 22 a game this year in a mid tier Greek League team, then went to play in a mid tier Euroleague team, and now he is averaging 11 points a game.

So basically, you can take what a guy averages in China, and he will probably average about 1/4 or 1/5 that in Euroleague.

So that's why he went to play in China instead, where he could average 40 a game, and score 82 even in one game, and also he got $1 million.

So the "overseas" nonsense is obvious trolling.

It is like someone from Europe saying a guy in NCAA or D-League is averaging 25 a game, so how much would they "dominate" NBA.

He scored 30 points against the Spurs and almost single handed beat them. He's not a "fringe NBA player" idiot.

Also, the only thing he can do is score. That's his only basketball talent. He's a barely above average player all around, because on offense he does nothing but score, he does nothing besides scoring in any other basketball related way, and he's horrible at defense. he also makes his teammates and team worse in general.

Yet you make him sound like he is some kind of star.

You are a troll of the worst kind.

I've never once heard a single positive thing being spoken of the Chinese league. It seems like the majority of the Americans and Euros that play there just roast the competition. Are they really that inept and futile?

If what Euroleague said is true and some mediocre scrub from Greece put up 40 a game, it's scary to think how much a guy like KD or LBJ could put up

Almost every player in the NBA that was also playing in Euroleague has much bigger averages in NBA, than in Euroleague.

According to clowns like Rooster, "that does not count", or "it did not happen".

They simply say it is a "lie". For example, he would say that Rubio averaged 50/30 in Euroleague..........

That's all these idiots do.

Yes, it is true. Errick McCollum, CJ McCollum's older brother, averaged 40 points a game in China this season, and he also scored 82 points in a game.

Don't get me wrong, he's a good player, and his specialty is scoring. But he spent 4 years in Europe and he had not even made it to the Euroleague level yet. Last year he actually had a tryout with a Euroleague team and they did not sign him. And last year was actually the first time he even made it to Eurocup, which is the 2nd level league in Europe.

Basically, he's a good player, definitely can score the ball, but he's pretty much just another random one of dozens of guys if he is playing in Europe.

In any big Euroleague team, he would be a small role player, if even that.

29 a game in China is not that amazing. It is not even top 10 in the league. 10 rebounds is not even top 10 in the league either.

Let's put it like this, freaking Charles Gaines averaged 27 and 16 in China this year............are we supposed to be impressed by Beasley's numbers?

That depends om whether Rubio actually reach his potential yet. For instance Westbrook was not even an NBA prospect coming out of high school. And he was not the best player at UCLA when he was plying college ball.

Right, for example Vassilis Spanoulis averaged 2.7/.9/.7 in the NBA, which is great, but over in the Euroleague his numbers really fell off because of the league's more physical and tactical play.

Beasley was always a monster stat guy, he averaged 26-12 at K-State, those are insane numbers for a major school.

It depends on the individual's style of play, someone like Kobe would go insane, someone like Jose Calderon, would probably keep it steady.

Is that supposed to be impressive "prime 60s Wilt like numbers for someone like Durant playing in China"? Really?

Top 3 scorers in the CBA this season:

1. Errick McCollum - 39.6 PPG

2. Willie Warren - 38.9 PPG

3. Dominique Jones - 36.8 PPG

Top 3 rebounders in the CBA this season:

1. Charles Gaines - 16.5 RPG

2. Andray Blatche - 14.6 RPG

3. Elijah Holman - 14.5 RPG

Top 3 in assists in the CBA this season:

1. Dominique Jones - 8.4 APG

2. Will Bynum - 7.5 APG

3. John Lucas III - 7.0 APG

Also, just so you know, they use FIBA RULES, so they count assists the way FIBA counts assists, not the way the NBA counts assists.

Under FIBA rules, if you dribble the ball, or make an offensive move of any kind after catching it, the player that passed it to you does NOT get an assist. Also, the assist only can happen within 1 second after the ball is passed.

For example, prime Stockton would have averaged like 5-6 assists a game under FIBA rules.

So you can forget about that 10 assists per game fantasy. Don't know why the freaking hell NBA only fans still can't freaking figure out still after all these years that FIBA counts assists differently than the NBA does. Just pathetic.

Anyway, Durant getting 45 points and 15 rebounds a game in China would not be anything amazing at all.

McGrady got something like 25 points and 7 rebounds a game when he was completely washed up and was basically already a retired player.
