Strange I thought V-Span was heralded over there despite his failures in the NBA? I don't know where's our resident European basketball expert, I wonder what he has to say about this.

Anthony Parker is the God of the Euroleague.

Giannis isn't even the legal drinking age over here and he's 5x the player Spanoulis ever was.

guy is a damn good player in europe and that list doesn't take into account his best seasons. he failed in the nba but under the right circumstances and system, he probably could have been a good starter

don't let some idiot troll cause an irrational hatred for a player

If only Spanoulis was born 40 years earlier so he could dominate the 60's

This is true, but anyways basketball is different in Europe. In europe they don't rely on superstars to carry teams, it's more of a team game. When talking about Parker, what he was to his Maccabi team was closer to what Chauncey Billups was to Detroit when they won a chip than to what actual superstars are in the nba.
