That may be true, but the refs also let go of some obvious travels, carries and certain fouls depending on the team or the star player currently playing. So it's hard to find consistency in their decision making.

The viewers also don't get the complete angles like 3 refs do.

How many times has Blake Griffin gotten away with this?I know this won't go over well here because most people already have their mind made up about the way Blake Griffin dunks, but the Richard Jefferson grab appeared way, way more blatant than any off-arm interaction I've seen from Blake Griffin (even with the Channing Frye dunk).

Of course, we could find comparable screen grabs that'd make Jefferson and Griffin look identical in this regard. But in full motion, in terms of what's actually happening with the off-arm and what it looks like, Jefferson's was pretty clear (though the part of me that loves nasty dunks wishes it still would have counted).

Many times, the off-arm on a left-foot forward "soaring" two-foot dunk naturally starts high and swings down during flight, often coming in contact with a defender - sometimes likely deflecting contact (a "happy accident" so to speak). Jefferson honestly looked as though he grabbed that arm, hung on, then shifted and moved it away.

To put it another way, instead of looking like he happened to swipe and/or grab the off-arm for a second during the natural motion of his dunk, it appeared as though he stopped the off-hand motion to go out of his way to use it as a stiff-arm.
