View Full Version : I would pick Lebron 2nd in an NBA all time draft...

1) Jordan
2) Lebron
3) Shaq

Jordan comes in first because of 6 rings and just being an unstoppable scorer and defender, also add in his winning mentality/leadership and you have one hell of a player.

Lebron is too unique to ignore. Yes he may have some shortcomings and may not perform under pressure situations but you can't deny the dominance in so many aspects of the game.

Shaq is basically unguardable in the post with his strength and moves, thus he is no.3 in my book..

Thoughts? and where would you pick Lebron in an alltime draft?

Because there was nothing that impacted the Bulls teams besides Jordan...Jordan carried them to 6 championships, lifting nobody fcuking pieces of garbage to a championship level...right? "Jordan comes in first because of 6 rings"...you stupid mother fukcer.

Anyone who doesn't pick Shaq first is nuts. Jordan may be the GOAT, but a guy like shaq that big and skilled come around about once.

You are worthless.

Disregard everything else he stated about Mike? Disregard the undisputable fact that MJ is GOAT?

You are worthless

Lebron and Shaq would leave :oldlol:

#1 Bill Russell or Wilt Chamberlain
#2 MJ or Kareem

Plain and simple. Loyalty and the best resume's of all time.

And a guy as good as MJ comes around never.

I agree but I would take KAJ and Wilt over Shaq.

1) KAJ
2) Wilt
3) Shaq
4) MJ
5) LeBron

I'd make Shaq number 2 on this list I guess, and MJ third.

Take your pick with Wilt/KAJ/Shaq

Then Jordan. I'm not sure where to pick Lebron. Magic and Bird would be really tempting.

So would Dr J. He gets underrated a little bit.

6 rings in the modern era (8 rings if you discount the 2 seasons he played baseball)
That's a really crazy feat.

As an owner, I'd pick the player that made my team the most money first and foremost.

1. Michael
2. Lebron
3. Kobe

I don't know much about Wilt. Only legends. Oh, add

4. Magic Johnson

deja vu

I'm a Jordan fan but I would pick Shaq first because of his sheer dominance. MJ was dominant too but I feel it's easier (a little bit) to build a championship team around Shaq.

I don't include Wilt and Russell because we don't know how good they'd be in the modern era.

He saved the NBA due to those legends...

Think about it like this. Is there any player in the history of the sport that fans of the sport would rather pay to see than a chance to see 1962 Wilt Chamberlain?

But if it's 1962, then nobody cared about the NBA (relative to today). If it's today and people know its the Wilt Chamberlain? Then ya, he's number one for sure. I assumed it was the 60's NBA

EDIT: Change my mind, MJ is still first

Since their loyalty was there to begin with and they're getting championships at a young age, I doubt either Shaq or Lebron leave. Lebron would be very unlikely to leave because he left Cavs for a championship, otherwise he would have been a Cav the entire time.

Lol @ LeBron or Shaq being anywhere near the top 5 of these lists. Top 10 may be a stretch too. Just can't be drafting a guy who's gonna leave or force his way out after 1-2 contracts when you can get someone more loyal.

Cavaliers has Lebron James on their team right now while he's in his prime, and they are a 4th seed team in one of the weakest conferences in years!!!

He will definitely go in the top 10 but absolutely not before

Jordan
Shaq
Jabbar
Hakeem

there may be a few others but those guys absolutely would have more of an impact. Can you imaging Shaq feasting on these 6'10 centers???? He would be averaging 35 and 15 with 4 blocks!!!

You want to give him a Championship for a year he didn't play PLUS another Championship for a humiliating playoff loss he was personally responsible for?
