Doc Rivers has DESTROYED the LA Clippers

Worst GM in the league. Look at the trade tree for Bledsoe:

1) Traded Bledsoe to Arizona for a good role player on a good contract in Jared Dudley. Dudley breaks a bone in his knee and can't play.

2) Trades Dudley to Milwaukee Bucks. Has to give them a #1 to take his 2/8M deal. Except he is the heart of the team so he is going to opt out of the last year on that deal. Why did he give away a #1 to dump Dudley? So he could sign Spencer Hawes to a 4/23M deal.

3) This means he traded Eric Bledsoe and a #1 for Spencer Hawes on a 4/23M deal.

I mean there are plenty other silly things (trading/cutting half the team including Bullock to make room for his kid, trading 2 2nds to pay JJ Redick 7M, etc) but to end up with so little to show for Bledsoe is insane.

Doc Rivers is a great coach who is an ELITE leader. I think his execution of end-game situations are also exceptional.
