Guy stopped going to class during the spring semester at UK because his dad convinced him he was better than Cousins. He was banking on Orton showing out at the combine.

And here we are...

What a bum. Should of stayed in school. Then again it wouldn't have helped him unless he actually stayed to get a degree with I doubt. So what now? Mexico league?

 awesome story. Never underestimate a person's inability to view themselves objectively. It's mind blowing. Orton blows.

The dude's value in 2k13 was so ridiculous. Rated like 58, or something, but he was a 4 star trade asset.

And that's the mark he leaves behind as an NBA player.

What a joke league to allow a 5'6" midget to play professional basketball just because he's famous. :oldlol:

Pure marketing gimmick. And I'm a Pac fan.

Sadly, a vast majority of the Philippine population is comprised of celebrity worshiping simpletons who gets offended easily. :confusedshrug:

Pacquiao is actually terribly horribly awful at basketball. To the point where current 53 years old Obama should be picked over him in a pick up game.

I don't blame them one bit. Life is short, make the most of it. It's not their fault the country has been raped anally by the corrupt since the Spanish invasion of the 16th century. :confusedshrug:

Who cares. This fight is happening ten years too late. The fight itself is a fraud.

8 months later Daniel Orton is right. Pacquiao's team is a joke. The owners didn't even paid the salaries of the coaches, and players who were illegally dismissed by Team Pacquioa.

I heard that they are taxing items sent to the Philippines by OFW's and going through everything. I even heard that they legalized divorce there. Philippines is getting more corrupt than ever. What a shame.

In a related story, Orton has just been kicked off the Greek Eurocup club AEK Athens for "non-stop repeated team rules violations, misconduct, behavior detrimental to the brand of the team, and fighting with coaches."

Yeah, he seems like a real great guy.

What was the hype about this guy anyways?

His dad must really regret talking his kid up to the point of leaving early for the NBA, even if he developed into a solid rotation big.

At least he'd still be in the NBA
