Too early to tell, but a lot of people are gonna be disappointed at the kid. Not saying he's not gonna be good, but he won't be as good as LeBron.

And honestly, LeBron's right. 10 year olds shouldn't get recruited. The media is putting pressure on the kid to succeed from such a young age, it's just an unhealthy environment to grow up in. Just let the kid grow and develop normally instead of putting him under a microscope...

Prolly go to the team with the most talent.

If Calipari is still around at Kentucky then that's where he'll likely go

:applause:
Inherited that passive gene. Rather make easy passes and have others take pressure shots.

As a kid, I did the same. I liked to pass the ball and put the pressure on others to make shots. Then I grew up and realized scoring the most important aspect of the game and would set me apart.

People value this "unselfish" shit way too much. If he's not Pete Maravich or Magic Johnson then I don't care. Use your incredible size, strength, and athleticism and bully your way to points. Jesus.

He's basically Shaq compared to other kids and he'd rather pass to 4 foot white kids. Beta as ****.

Hopefully he pans out, it isn't that uncommon though is it? I remember reading the book "play their hearts out" and that follows a kid who's 12 or something through out his AAU and then college and he talks about the kid receiving college offers all his life and how he would just throw out boxes of them as they meant nothing until he was old enough to actually go there.

Honestly this kid could be super athletic. Obviously his dad is really athletic....but his mother isn't a typical supermodel/frail type woman that athletes typically marry...she has a serena williams type build. Dude will probably make the NBA.

It's one thing to talk shit about the GOAT, but when you start attacking his ten year old son you've crossed the line.

I guarantee LeGod's heirs will be successes.

If you think for one second that Lebron isn't administering his sons with low does of HGH to ensure tall height, long arms, peak athleticism, big hands, strong body, etc... You'd be a fool. LBJ JR will be a freak. 6-9, 240 7-4 wingspan, 40 inch vertical, 4.5 40.

Basketball genes is strong with this kid. Not surprising to be honest. Both his grandpa and his father are basketball players who became teammates in Cleveland for 2 seasons. His father has 2 rings and his grandpa is now playing in China.

We are talking about sons that literally have grown up as Lebron went through the league... He had his sons early. All they know is Ball. There couldn't be a better representation of the saying "Ball is life"

Ball betrays you, because they belong to them. Born in it. Molded by it.

My only concern is that they won't have the struggle gene.

All the greats have it. MJ... Lebron...

These all-world talents either go two ways...

GOAT's because of the struggle gene

I started taking out the trash and mowing the lawn by the time I was 4.

LeBrons kids prolly dont even clean their own room.

I was a full grown man by the time I was 10, had a job mowing lawns for my buddies dad and did my own taxes. Paid for my own shit.

Have you ever been ocean fishing 75 miles out on a 21 foot striper? No? Then shut the hell up. My Uncle assigned me deckhand duties by the time I was 8. Pulling up 65 pound Halibut and eating tuna hearts.

I hope he succeeds but its incredibly rare that a son of an all time great player actually becomes a good-equal talent with his dad. also it must be incredibly distracting being incredibly rich already, the drive might not be there when he grows up.. He might get into other things besides basketball.

Besides Ken Griffey Jr, how many sons of superstar players have had decent careers in the pros?

There's a much better chance of LBJ Jr not growing after age 14 than ever being in the NBA as a player.
