Russell Westbrook has been an absolute monster this month and is leading OKC while KD is out, again. He has been averaging 30 points, 8 rebounds and over ten assists in 34 minutes per game this month and doing it while leading Oklahoma City to a 9-1 record this month.
He's been spectacular.
The level of his play is on par with KD last January thru mid-Feburary when he averaged: 35 ppgs, 7 rebounds and six assists while carrying OKC when Westbrook was hurt.

You must be on crack. Durant averaged 35/8/7 65 TS% for half of a season. He had a 15 game stretch of averaging 39/7/7 on 54/42/89

Agreed. This Thunder team could honestly get to the Finals without Durant. If OKC doesn't win a ring this year Durant will never crack my top 30.

As far as I know, I am not on crack.
Yes, obviously KD played at that level for a longer period of time and that is the challenge that lays ahead for RW to maintain this level for not just February but for March as well.
But RW play is insanely high right now. Let's see if he can maintain it.

I am sure that KD will lose sleep over your very objective player ranking.

I think his all-around play this month has been even more impressive than KD's scoring last year

Westbrook is averaging 8 less ppg and 2 more apg on 10% less efficiency over his stretch.
That's like saying John Wall=prime LeBron

No, not true.
KD averaged 34.8 ppg from late December thru the middle of February and RW is averaging 30 ppgs this month, while taking two fewer field goals than KD. Not to mention that KD was playing nearly 39 minutes per game and Russell is at 34 minutes per game.
RW is also averaging more rebounds in that stretch and four more assists.

On ESPN's Coast to Coast, Brad Daugherty said Westbrook is currently the best player in the league and Tim Legler said that he's impacting the game in more ways than Kevin Durant ever has with his playmaking.

You have to factor in also that Durant has zero intangibles, whereas Westbrook is the alpha, he leads, Durant serves.
