Actually, the more I think of it, even if Rose is FULLY HEALTHY. He's 3rd behind those two.

Kyrie easily in fact Kyrie is right there with Westbrook as best scoring PG in nba. Dragic is a nice player not in top 3 in east.

Kyrie is a detriment to his team.

Westbrook literally can will a team to a victory. Kyrie needs help to do that.

Rose wasn't even a top 10 PG in his conference. Him being out changes nothing.
