Remember, Hall of Fame doesn't just mean what someone did in the NBA, it's all of Collegiate and Professional basketball. Accolades so far:

If he wins a FMVP maybe. But on that team, any one of five guys could win it.
No he's not a Hall of Famer. Try raising your expectations.

Not just Horford, but the Hawks will be in the HOF (just like the player of the month award) :D

It's not that big of a stretch. He has 2 NCAA rings, and a NBA ring/FMVP could seal it.

Underdogs so no pressure, 4 All Stars, one of them having the GOAT shooting season AND a HOFer? Stacked, no excuses, 3-peat or bust

They would give FMVP to Teague or Millsap before Horford.

He was really good prior to his injury so if he can get back on that level and play like 35 mpg and do it consistently for 6-7 more seasons and have some Playoff success, then I don't see why not.

He is a lot closer to a HoFer than he is to a 3rd team All-NBA player this year.

I'd put Rose in before Horford.
That said the basketball Hall of Fame has pretty weak criteria, so if he does pick up a ring/FMVP he would have a shot.

Isn't this a repost? Nobody agreed the first time. Give it up until it happens.

What are you talking about? This is the first time I've created this thread, however, I did bring it up in another discussion.

A better question is Kawhi Leonard. Will he make it?

He still has a lot of seasons left to cement his legacy. He's been one of the most underrated players for years, but I think HoF voters aren't going to overlook him like the casual fan.

His college rings don't really mean anything b/c it was a team effort, he wasn't the clear leader of the team. Role player rings are garbage. It's not like he was Carmelo Anthony and single handedly won the 'Cuse a ring.

He was the best player on his college team, you can't be serious. Did you really call him a role player during his NCAA reign?

HOF is weak, Id put him in to be honest. Especially when he wins like you said.
