I watched 3 episodes...doesn't look like a strong season thus far. I watched season 2 in 2 days, this season didn't capture my attention enough to do a marathon

Watched 8 so far, amazing season. After the really rough season 2 I was a little skeptical about it returning to form, but it's been pretty stellar so far.

Watched it all. I think it was a very solid season. The only real complaint would be that we didnt get enough tension filled episodes. It ended leaving you wanting more for sure. Hope theres a 4th season.

Good show, though a bit too soap opera-like. I've watched 4 eps of season 3 so far.

It wasn't a bad season but they could have added more depth to the central characters...they spent way too much time with Doug, but i found remmy and jackie sharpes characters very interesting. That chick that is running against frank is interesting too, she goes by the book and with the exception oof one thing she almost did, she's completely the opposite of underwood in terms of morality and actually helping the nation in the long term. She seems to have more sound policies rather than quick fixes.

Cant it be said that they have added immense depth to the main characters in seasons one and two?

I thought it was appropriate to flesh out Doug as a character, giving more examples of him being a 'fixer' as opposed to in previous seasons where his fixing seemed too easy or akin to a magical hand wave.

Just finished it. Ok season, had some overly slow/dramatic scenes, but I still watched it in 3 days so I guess it's fine. I expect a downfall to ensue, so 4th season will be the last or maybe they do 5. They portrayed Frank even more villainy in some scenes (or I kinda forgot the scenes from past seasons), dads grave and Jesus statue especially.

Season 3 was boring.

The Claire leaving Frank cliff hangar was boring. Cliffhangers means you have lazy writers who need a few more months to think about it. Good writing has a beginning, middle, and end and can stand on its own. There was no resolution to what they were building apart from Doug's story. Frank wasn't as conniving and making power players while being meta with the audience--which in my opinion is the best of the show--he seemed rather vulnerable this season. He actually came off as a bad President and makes you think was I rooting for this guy all along? I wanted more suspense and more shit to go down BUT I think they'll turn it up season 4 when he gets the nomination and election stuff.

6.5-7 out of 10 overall for season 3.

I may have set my expectations to high. I was really looking forward to this and Hannibal's season return later this year.

Agreed. Way too much political mumbo jumbo to. I try to follow it, but eventually it's like blah blah who cares.

The night it debuted, I had 13 screens set up in front of me and I played all 13 episodes simultaneously. Finsihed Season 3 in just one hour. An hour after it was released. Now I'll just wait 364 days until Season 4.

How did YOU guys watch Season 3? One episode at a time? :oldlol: F-cking lame ass p-ssies.
