Derrick Rose will come back and the Bulls will be in the Finals

I'm calling it. Everyone is gloom and doom about DRose and the Chicago Bulls but I'm predicting the opposite. DRose will have a Willis Reed effect on his teammates, they'll see him coming back and they will rally around their General and they gonna get it done.

Now I'm not saying he's gonna play at his MVP level but he's gonna provide enough flashes of brilliance and his teammates are gonna be inspired by his effort and they'll pick up the slack. This time around, the Bulls have many more weapons than they did in 2011, they don't need him to go ham but they do need him to be out on the floor leading by example...

If Rose can't stay healthy after this surgery, then we'll need to move on from him and look to someone else to be our franchise player, ADavis, come back home! Rose has a history of taking longer than expected to recover from injuries, and needing time to get back in rhytm after that. Best case scenario is he comes back last week of the regular season, and then struggles in the 1st round which the Bulls somehow manage to win anyway, but I can't see them beating the Hawks in the 2nd round after that.

I hope so but the Cavs have been mauling teams and look scary. Plus our defense isn't where it has been these past few seasons.

I just don't see it. I love your enthusiasm, but a big part of what we thought would be a championship run was centered around Rose returning to pre-injury form. They didn't look ready to make a run even when he was playing.

Hopefully, this surgery relieves him of the pain and hes able to freely play again. Then, maybe the Bulls win have a chance.
