Feel free to make comments, disagreements or post your own list.

1. Mj
2. Kareem
3. Wilt
4. Duncan(had him at 5 before the season but decided to bump him up seeing that he's still rolling)
5. Magic
6. Shaq
7. Hakeem
8. Lebron (he's still adding longevity, can see him cracking top 5 with a title this year)
9. Russell(this may be controversial but i'm not going to ring count to justify him much higher while being an offensive liability)
10. Bird
11. Kobe
12. Oscar
13. Dr J
14. Jerry west
15. Moses
16. Karl malone
17. Kg
18. Dirk
19. Barkley
20a. Drob
20b. Wade(often gets underrated due to his injuries and lack of longevity but in his prime he was as good as any top 20 guy)

Baylor is above all of your 16-20 assuredly.

Not really. He played no defense, didn't get others involved and put up monster stats in a pace inflated era. His efficiency was nothing to marvel at. Great player but i can't see an argument for top 20.

Can I ask what things you value most when making these lists?

How much do accomplishments mean? Is this your list of the most effective players/the ones you'd draft if you want to win games? Do you value primes/peaks or longevity more?

I think Wade is greater than Barkley and Dirk, just My Opinion though.

That is not particularly surprising.

how the hell can you justify having tim duncan so freaking high? He has a great list of accomplishments I cant lie but his overall intensity/ impact is not at an all time level

Based on what? The numbers clearly say he has an all time impact..and they don't even do him justice (never cared about them, played on some of the slowest teams in the league in one of the slowest eras).

Intensity. :oldlol: Almost every basketball-related person has complimented Duncan for his cerebral play, how he understands the stakes and went to take over the game.

So me having Lebron over Kobe and Bird makes me a troll? Lol i wouldn't want to see your list. You're probably a clueless casual fan who has kobe in your top 5.

Agreed.

The NBA RECORD BOOK has Wilt at #1 and by a LANDSLIDE.

No one is remotely close to him.

Good post.
