Most Canadian athletes are nice/classy.

Steve Nash, Sidney Crosby, etc.

He's still young trying to find his identity, Always happens with every teen going to adulthood. Humble & nice guy, once he reaches 24 he will be a bad bad man. Trash talking while dominating, getting inside the head of his opponents, instilling fear, MJ style.

Maybe if KG influences him.

I hope KG is in this kid's ear every damn day. Turn him into a monster, the fans will thank you for it.

If Wiggins hasn't beat at least one rape charge by the time he's 26 how will he ever catch Kobe?

Maybe if KG influences him.

He already has. Since KG has been on the Wolves Wiggins has started to try and dunk everything he can. He is averaging like 5plus dunks a game in the 'KG return era'.

KG has ownership desires. He knows that the value of his potential investment will skyrocket if they have the best player in the league and can keep him. KG knows that Wiggins needs that dog in him to be an all-timer, KG is the epitome of that dog, he will instill street hunger into Wiggins and be his greatest mentor.

He was flush with negative opinions this fall. Most hated-on player on these boards. Media types like Jason 'gimmeanothersammichcuziamsodamnfat' Whitlock calling him out without ever having played a game, the World Wide Follower making it their Bran-friendly talking point to never question the trade "You get a chance to get a Kevin Love, you take it." Like it was so cut an dry, gotta a million talking heads in Bristol paid to give their opinions and they all goose step in sych to the company talking points.

Wiggins was dissed hard, left on an island, humiliated in his Cavs jersey on rookie photo day etc. That shit will drive him.

Durant is so ****ing awkward and horrible with the ladies its easy to see why he is always so frustrated. Seriously look up KD's relationship shit and you will see. He proposed to his girl and then backed out like a wannabe beta. You can clearly see Wiggins gets tang every other other day and twice on the weekends. Also he is canadian so he will always be nice

D Rose is pretty fvcken weird. I'm not sure if I'd call him 'nice and humble'

It's funny how thing work out.

I always thought Lebron would have been a great mentor to Wiggins, but looking back, I think Andrew would have toiled under LBJ and Kyrie's shadow. He would have probably been benched a lot, considering how he was playing early in the season, and his confidence would have been broken. LBJ is a great player, but I don't think he's at the stage yet where he could be a great mentor.

KG is the perfect mentor for a guy like Wiggins. Someone who's seen everything and experienced everything in the NBA, he's at the point of his career where he doesn't need to win or to have good stats PLUS he has a ferociousness that Wiggins will need to succeed, especially on the defensive end. I hope he gets to play at least one more year after this one.

Either side of the spectrum is ok. You can either have the mean streak like Jordan/Bird/Kobe/Shaq/Wilt or you can have the unflappable serenity like Duncan/Magic/Hakeem/Russell/Kareem.
