of the game and only pay attention to boxscores. By any advance metrics and eye test prime Kobe was exceedingly efficient in his prime. Don't le this caricature of him this season taint your perception of who he was :applause:

Care to provide any of these supposed advanced metrics that prove Kobe was efficient in his prime?
Never shot 47% in a season, shoots 41% in seven Finals appearances, and has missed more shots than anyone in NBA history.
Kobe ain't efficient bro, get over it.

Kobe's shot selection and volume would make any other player shoot under 20% due to degree of difficulty of shot type and type of defense they would see after adjustments (thats if they make those tough shots)

kobe is regarded as a top 5 by HOF's

a top 2 by NBA players that played during his time

and by some a GOAT like MJ is considered.

all of those combined will always constantly make people question Kobe's unfair criticism and eventually wash out any of this "inefficient" nonsense garbage that the media tries to brainwash people with.

Kobe will be remembered flawless, cutting edge, and top tier.

get over it.

Kobe was efficient the same way Harden is efficient now. He shot a lot of 3's at a respectable percentage, and got to the line a lot. If you're looking at his FG alone, yeah he could be at average efficient, but his TS% is very good.

Kobe has a free throw rate of 39%... and a 3 pt rate of 20%... so a very heavy portion of his shots are midrange.

Harden for instance has a free throw rate of 54%.. 56% with Houston and 39% of his shots are threes..

I agree that kobes ft and 3s make his overall efficiency much better but harden is like the most extreme example out there.. He's literally all 3s and fts.

I've never heard Kobe Bryant be called an inefficient player in his prime. His efficiency while certainly NEVER impressive...was good during his best. So good job Kobe stan...you are trying to make an issue out of something no one has ever disagreed about...sounds about right for your breed.

Keep your tantrums to your pillow...we don't care about those tears you are bleeding for Cripplebe.

Kobe's FG% in the finals are always terrible except one against the Nets.

He makes many tough shots but often he takes tough shots when there's better options available. In that sense he's inefficient.

His efficiency was usually decent but nothing to really look twice at. He has had some efficient playoff series as well as some not efficient. Given the volume he scored on his efficiency is respectable.
