Hey guys I had a question in how they take shoe heights. Looking at some of those measurements at the 2014 NBA Combine some guys are wearing 2 inch shoes or 1.75 inch shoes. What shoes are those because I have a lot of Jordan's and stuff and those only seem to give around .25, .5, or .75 in height when I use them. I don't think it is a size issue because they are sizes 12s and stuff like that. Guys like Gary Harris, Shabazz Napier, and Semaj Christion are wearing some pretty thick soles. I would love to know what they are.

If you guys have some Jordans or some other basketball shoe, measure up and see what you get.

I doubt your piece of crap Jordans have a 1/4" sole. Converse All-Stars are about a 1/4". Probably looking at 1 - 1 1/2" inch on average.
Who the hell cares?

They probably find special shoes just for their draft measurement, that doesn't mean they play in them .
