No, you can put your jaw to your chest without completely putting your head down. Of course, you don't keep it fully up, but in the video Hassan put his FACE downward, with his neck exposed regardless rather than his head. Hassan had no idea what he was doing I think. He did not even take Len down, I think Len just tripped because you can definitely tell in the video he fell on his own.

This was not MMA. This was Hassan hugging Len's legs(Hassan did not plant his feet to push off after having control of len's legs).
