Not to answer for him, but, dispensarys prices are way too high and so there is still a huge market for people to slang.

Some dispensarys in Washington have begun to lower their prices in order to compete with the black market because they arent selling much and have an abundance of product.

Once state shuts down dispensaries, and stores are everywhere , prices will sky rocket up. I mean way up. Like it is now. But there won't be dispensaries with lower prices.

Then the streets will make money like back before all this dispensary shit.

With a medical card in Washington state. You can legally have 1.5 pounds. Smh. People roll around with a p in the front seat. No worries.
