Let's say you had a time machine from today and you could go back in time just once. There is no way you can keep all 3, there's not enough touches anyway. You have 3 potential MVPs do you let Durant go and run with one of the greatest guard duos ever? Do you keep Harden and let Westbrook go? Or do you stick with your current choice? And no Ibaka is not an option.
Durant might be too injury prone, Westbrook has his mental lapses and Harden hasn't proven himself in the playoffs. Not sure Harden and Westbrook would work well together. Knowing what you do today, who do you choose to leave?

Knowing what we know, they should keep Durant and Harden. I'm saying this for selfish reasons as I wanna see Westbrook on his own team. We know Durant can do it (Westbrook hurt last year), we know Harden can do it (Rockets), but can Westbrook do it? This recent streak says he can and damn am I enjoying it

will keep all 3. it wasn't hard. OKC owner was being cheap.

Waive Perk, keep Harden and Ibaka, do the Tyson Chandler trade with (then)Hornets, still do the Reggie Jackson for Augustine trade

Chandler / Ibaka / Durant / Harden / Westbrook

but yeah if i could only keep 2 of 3, i would still keep Westbrook/Durant, but obviously asked for more in return for Harden

This. OKC could have absolutely kept all of their talent because of rules allowing them to do so.

I think that if you absolutely had to trade somebody, Harden was the better choice but they could've gotten better value in return.

Jeremy Lamb with the green light is just as good as Harden on an off night

They could have gotten Klay Thompson but they didn't want to take on one bad contract that was required to make the deal work.
