What do you expect them to be? Remember, 2 guards, 2 forwards, 1 center. It doesn't matter what kind of guard or forward.

I'd go with:

1st
Stephen Curry
James Harden
Lebron James
Anthony Davis
Marc Gasol

2nd
Russell Westbrook
Chris Paul
LaMarcus Aldridge
Pau Gasol
Demarcus Cousins

3rd
John Wall
Jeff Teague
Paul Millsap
Tim Duncan
Deandre Jordan

Yes, I was seriously thinking that. At this point though, Duncan has played 5 more games, plus he's easily been the Spurs best player, while I already have Marc Gasol on the list. Definitely arguable though.

A lot of good guards I had to leave off. Lillard, Kyrie, Klay, Butler, Lowry, Monta, Wade. Tough time to be a star guard in the league right now.

zach got more points and rebounds than duncan while playing on more minutes.

And Duncan has more assists and blocks on better scoring efficiency with vastly superior defense.

Can you edit/add Lowry? Then we'd have all 4 of the East's elite PG's.

There's some chance Curry could win the MVP, but not make the All-NBA 1st team.

Lebron and Davis are locks for the 1st team, while the other three spots are somewhat open, not because Lebron and Davis have been the best players, but because the competition is closer at Guard and Center.

At guard you have the top 3 MVP candidates, Harden, Curry and Westbrook, and there are only 2 spots ...

At center Gasol and Cousins both have a strong case.

Westbrook has missed 15 games while Curry has missed only 1. That's 81 games to 67. No chance Westbrook gets it over Curry if Curry wins MVP.

Not bad, but CP3 is making it as either 2nd or 3rd team. Teague ain't making it even with his record. Wall, Irving, and maybe even Klay would be over him.
