Can't believe we were calling this guy a top 3 coach a couple years back :oldlol:

Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, and Rajon Rondo made him LOOK WAY BETTER than he really was. This guy is nothing but an average coach.

Are you using the royal "we"? Because I don't know anyone that thought he was top 3. He was overrated but never top 3.

Was never good. Lakers win in 08 if not for injuries and gasol not being a man yet

Didn't do much wrong in 08, rallied his team very well in 09 without Garnett.

Other than that, meh...clearly not a top five NBA coach.

As recently as 2012 when Doc wasn't even at his coaching peak (record wise).

The guy has always been overrated.

Coaching in general is overrated. Very select few coaches are good coaches regardless of circumstances.
