Why would he set up a press conference to announce that he's shutting it down? If he was out for the year we sure as hell aren't hearing it from him.

And Bulls insiders are saying rehab is going good and he could possibly return ahead of schedule. There is zero reason for him to shut it down, even in the most pessimistic side of the timetable. If he does his image would be completely destroyed beyond repair.
