He's not getting the calls and they know it's LeBron cause they see the headband.

No headband means he doesn't stand out as much which might lead to more calls.

Actually, 6-1.75 (generally rounded up to 6-2 instead of down to 6-1)... and, that was when he was 18. I wouldn't be surprised if he is slightly above 6-2 without shoes now... but point taken. :oldlol:

Even the lineup they use with Draymond at the 5 is sick.

Curry, Livingston, Klay, Iguodala, Green.

DMAVS41

Why?

Have you been keeping up with the Mavs?

We are playing horribly right now and we have a damn near impossible schedule to end the year. We play 13 teams above .500 in our last 17 games.

The Pelicans have been on fire as of late as well. We are only up 4 games in the loss column against them.

It's going to be very tight.

I've been very low on this team all year...thought the Rondo trade would help, but we just aren't good. We should be better, but we just aren't...bad chemistry. We were never good either...everyone got fooled by those first 30 games or whatever....we played an incredibly soft schedule.

So a lot of people have blamed the trade, but that early team was absurdly over-rated here and everywhere really (even by people in the know) because of that early schedule.

Here are the only wins against remotely good teams early on before the Rondo trade:

1. Wizards
2. Raptors
3. Bulls
4. Pelicans

We beat the Spurs, but that doesn't count because they didn't play anyone at all.

So in the first 27 games we went 19-8 and how just about the easiest schedule possible.

We've gone 22-17 since...dealt with some injuries and stuff...but most importantly the schedule has literally gotten twice as hard.

We don't beat good teams because we aren't good. Dirk is finally showing his age...Parsons is borderline irrelevant. Rondo hasn't fit well. And we have no size outside of Tyson.

It sucks because this team has so much potential, but for whatever number of reasons it hasn't worked.

I hold out hope that in a playoff series this team has the type of players to make big plays consistently, but it's not likely.

It depends on what the Pelicans do.

Here is the remaining schedule:

Clippers
Thunder
Magic
Grizzlies
Suns
Spurs
Spurs
Pacers
Thunder
Rockets
Warriors
Suns
Denver
Lakers
Jazz
Blazers

Could easily only win 5 of those games.

Well you have to think that they win a few games vs the good teams.

Sure, but you also have to think they lose to 1 or 2 below average teams as well.

My point is that it wouldn't be shocking to see the Mavs go 5-11 over the last 16. I think they will do better than that, but 5-11 is definitely in play.

And at 5-11...they are in danger if the Pelicans stay hot.
