I'm SO happy he's off the Knicks. One less headache to deal with. Btw Amare before you start calling out teammates, START PLAYING DEFENSE!

I lowkey think he might be better than Dirk. At least the way Dirk is recently.

"We can't cheat the game. We can't screw around in games and practices and joke around all the time and figure we're going to win games. This is the pros. It's the highest level of basketball. We've got to act that way."

Sounds to me like there's a bit of a relaxed culture at the Mavs at the moment

He's been playing hard and producing. The Mavs are a mess right now. I don't blame him for these comments. That team needs to get its shit together.

Doesn't excuse him for the ridiculous shit he's done in the past, but in this case, he's got the right idea.

he always has been... I value his rebounding and inside presence more than dirks standstill shooting.

He has the right to say this because he's a vet and he's been producting with the limited minutes he's been given. And he's not the only one. The team needs to come together and change their mentality and how they approach the games.

Mavs should sign Steve Nash so he can reunite with Dirk and Amare, would be epic.

Should have compared them to the Knicks to really get under their skin.

is it on video somewhere? making those comments about how teammates aren't being serious, while wearing that outfit? that's comedy gold...

Mavs scraped into the 8th seed last season and lost in the first round (in a fairly valiant effort; blown out in the final game though), missed the playoffs entirely the season before that, and were swept out of the first round the season before that... I understand the Mavs got some new players, but what was Amare expecting, to be joining a powerhouse?

Bringing over that Knicks winning culture and work ethic.
