Not from me. I call people of ANY race (including mine) who are behaving like animals as animals. I even call people animals for simply not paying attention to the world around them. Three teenage girls were in court in New York City this weekend, the latest to face adult charges in the brutal beating of a girl at a Brooklyn McDonald's.

Police have arrested five girls in total and continued their search for a sixth after cellphone camera footage showed a group of young women punching and kicking a 15-year-old inside a McDonald's in the Flatbush neighborhood on March 9, according to the Daily News. The ringleader allegedly stole the teen's phone, makeup, bag and other personal items, according to police.

The latest suspect in custody is 16-year-old Mercedes Wilkinson. She turned herself in on Saturday morning and is charged with second-degree gang assault, a felony, according to WABC. Wilkinson was held on $50,000 bail.

Earlier that day, Tilani Marshall, 17, appeared in court. She and an unidentified 15-year-old turned themselves in on Friday and face gang assault and robbery charges.

The 15-year-old's attorney said her client feared retribution from the other girls if she didn't participate in the assault. Marshall's lawyer, Audrey Thomas, says her client wasn't involved in the beating.

"I've reviewed all of the tapes, and I don't see my client on any of the tapes," Thomas said, according to WABC.

On Friday, police arrested one of the suspected teenaged attackers at an Atlanta airport as she tried to board a flight to Jamaica.

Prosecutors say the ringleader in the incident is Aniah Ferguson, 16, who was arrested earlier last week, according to WNBC:
