Guys like kyrie and kobe can abuse the spurs system no matter the era. You have to have big balls to do so. He said he learned to shoot from kobe so that help translate to winning. Has he learned anything from bron other than how to bail on your team?

Well he's learning to win games with Bron on a contender as opposed to chucking on a lottery team. :confusedshrug:

This is from his post game comments on the game with the spurs:

"You just try to shoot every shot the same," Irving said. "As long as my elbow's pointed at the rim, I feel like it has a great chance to go in. I learned that from Kobe Bryant...Mainly it was just from my teammates believing in me and continuing to give me the ball."

Exactly.

We'll see how good Lebron looks at the same age. Though by that time he'll be playing for the Warriors trying to act like Curry and Thompson wasn't the shit before he came.

Kobe has more stans in the NBA than any player alive.

LMAO @ Kyrie giving all the credit to Kobe while being being teammates with Lebron.

all big time players from this era have admitted to learning from Kobe..from Lebron to Durant to PG to Kyrie....

Kobe was the man when all these guys were kids and making the league was just a dream to them.

Yikes. Even Kyrie is seeking advice from leaders outside his own team.

LeBron has no leadership skills. He can't do and grow with a young Cavs team with a bunch of good role players pre-Heat. But he gets credit being a leader by being on a stacked veteran team in the Heat. Even LeBron learned from Kobe during the Olympics. Everybody else learned from Kobe as well. After their experience in the Olympics with Kobe, they all had great careers after the Olympics was over. Before that, they were good but kicked up a notch after the Olympics.
