I don't believe Andres Cantor is the first to do this, he's just the one that made it famous. Besides the whole thing is just a copy of, "touchdoooooooooooooooooooooownnnnnnnnnnn", from a radio announcer of Notre Dame(American) football in the 50s or 60s.
