Racial jokes don't stick in the mind very well for me, so though i've heard loads of them at one time or another, i can only remember a couple (you don't hear them very often post-adolescence either):

How was breakdancing invented?

With black people trying to steal hubcaps from moving cars.

What's faster then a black person running with a tv?

his brother with the vcr (this one could use an update).

Can't think of any specific 'white people' jokes, other than old ethnic Polish jokes like:

You've got a German prisoner and a Russian one, who are increasingly inconvenient, which one do you shoot first?

The German: business (or duty, the translation isn't exact) before pleasure.

Pardon me for going off on a tangent, but it's so interesting what languages tell you about a country, it's culture and history. For example, the Russians have no positive word for security, as a consequence of their border sharing with Germany on the one side, and China on the other. Their closest word is bezopasnost, which translates directly to 'without danger' - i.e. the Russians and their borders have so often been under threat that they have no concept of security, only the absence of danger. This tells you something about the Russian mindset without ever need having met a Russian. Language so often tells a story - wish America and UK would focus on teaching them to young children, it'd stop them being so insulated and ignorant of others and their cultures. Instead it's: 'English the international language, ergo, we don't have to bother, derp...'

fyi ethnic jokes are funnier than colour ones - they generally make more sense too.
