Unless these guys are injured and can't physically play they should get their asses on the court and play.

I'm so sick of these p*ssy NBA players nowadays.

All these players nowadays have to be best friends off the court. Jordan, Bird, Magic, all the legends got out there and competed against each other and played.

Then why have a regular season at all if those games don't matter, according to you?

It's the coaches decision to be honest. Often you will see that the players want to play.

It's the coach's decision. You don't show up to work if your boss gives you the day off, do you?

to entertain people like me who watch it through stream plus people go to games and watch on tv making the league profitable which in turn makes players more money attracting more talent to the nba.
not very hard to get this really.

NBA players deserve the rest. Trust me.

I was a 1 year signee back in the day with the Bobcats. Played 35 games straight and was gassed the rest of the way. Felt slow, heavy legs, exhausted after 10 trips down the court. I'm a big, so it didn't really work in my favor, but still. Just telling you from a personal experience in the NBA. Those 35 games took a big toll on my body and I had to be let go.

Then the coach or team should be punished. And fans who go to these games should have the right to a refund.

If you're injured and can't play that's fine. But resting players? Lame and should be stopped.

And you just made my point. Fans are paying to see these players out there. They should be out there on the court unless they're injured.

No fans = no NBA. The NBA owes it to their fans to make sure crap like this doesn't happen.

resting should only be allowed the final week of the season.

So the players, not the coaches, decided this?

i agree players need rest.

but the least the team could do is cut the ticket prices in half when stars don't play. or give some kind of consolation or something.
