For current play and for potential. Who would you rather have as your floor general?

Both contracts are just awful

Bledsoe by a sizable margin.

For what reasons?

For being better?

Yes in what regards is he better?

For what reasons?

He is much better offensively. Attacks the rim much better. Defenses have to respect his jump-shot and driving ability so he opens up the floor for his teammates. He can get a bucket at any time.

Lin is smarter. But defenses don't have to respect his jump shot or ability to get to the hoop, so they can sag off on defense and it makes it harder for Lins teammates to get easy buckets.

Basically Lin is bigger and smarter, but less-athletic and not as good at basketball as Bledsoe

That's a solid analysis. How much would you pay Bledsoe if you were a GM?

IMO Lin is actually dumber than Bledsoe. Lin is one of the dumbest PGs in the NBA

Ever since Bledsoe becomes the full time point with Dragic and Thomas gone, have u guys seen all the unforced turnovers he makes? And with Knight now out, Suns doesn't even have another guy to run point.

I honestly don't really know the salaries or contracts in the NBA as far as numbers go.

I know he got a 5 year 70 million dollar contract from the Suns. Which is about 14 mill a year.

Kyle Lowry signed for 4 years and 48 million with the Raps which is about 12 mill a year.

IMO Bledsoe is slightly less-valuable than Lowry, so I'd say if I were a GM I'd be willing to pay Bledsoe anywhere from 10-12 million a year.

Bledsoe is basically better at everything related to basketball except marketing himself. Is your next thread going to be who is better, Chris Paul vs. Jose Calderon?

Slightly? Lowry is 10x the player Bledsoe is.

Not at all.

They are two of the 5 worst starting PGs in the NBA. I was just wondering what others thought of them.

If you think they're comparable then you don't know much about basketball. Might i suggest a knitting forum?

Check out their team records. It's not like either guy is making a difference.

i think it's close. Lin is better at dribbling right and marketing while Bledsoe is slightly better at everything else. Overall though I think it comes down to their personalities. Lin is a beta piece of shit who can't follow directions and lost his starting job while Bledsoe is so alpha that he ran Dragic out of town. In the end though I'd rather have Lin because you can put him in his place.

Dont know about Lin but Bledsoe and floor general do not belong in the same sentence.

Both contracts are just awfulHow so? Lin's an expirer and Bledsoe's ~15 mil/ year will be a nice contract for his talent once the new contracts kick in.

Bledsoe is awfully overrated ITT. He has a slight edge over Lin tbh. He's not good.

Sometimes i really dont know if people are trolling, stupid, playing devils advocate, bored, or really just have a different opinion than me but this should even be a question. Eric bledsoe was a borderline allstar last year, jeremy lin is a borderline starter in this league. Yes i understand he is struggling right now but cmon. Shits irritating to read this nonsense.
