Dragic and Wade are looking like a REALLY nice backcourt. Their chemistry is already evident and it'll only continue to get better. I've been impressed with Dragic's defense too. He's the real deal.

Today was the first game he's really impressed me in a while. I had been looking at him and thinking that Miami was gonna give a max contract to an upgraded Jason Williams, but today he showed he can lead the offense for stretches. He's still relatively young too.

To be fair to the Suns dude, they were literally thinking "Whoops, Dragic realizes what a shit franchise we are, and he's going to leave for nothing. Let's see if we can get ONE draft pick for him"

For some reason, Wade has looked MORE ball dominant since the arrival of Dragic and departure of Cole. Whatever, Dragic still has been great in his overall play. Also for some reason Deng's had a number of good games running alongside Dragic.

I think next season a core of Whiteside, Bosh, Deng, Wade, and Dragic should provide some entertainment at the very least. Maybe one of their other guys will develop in a surprising way.

For some reason, Wade has looked MORE ball dominant since the arrival of Dragic.

And that has coincided with him starting to play well again. Besides trying to recover from the hammy, his first few weeks back, he looked like he was trying to adjust to playing off-the-ball again with Dragic here. Now, he looks like he's decided he's gonna be the one with the ball whether Dragic is here or not, and suddenly he looks like he did in November and December again.

The thing is Wade is basically a PG too, and he does everything better than Dragic (even pass), except shoot outside. So, hopefully Dragic stays content. Because if everybody fulfills their role and somehow they all stay healthy, they could be a very good team next year.
