Looking back, was Bosh worth the ultra-mega 6 year $111 million dollar contract which paid him as much as LeBron?

Playoff stats:

2011: 18.6 points 8.5 rebounds

2012 14 points 7.8 rebounds

2013: 12.1 points 7.3 rebounds

2014: 14.9 points 5.6 rebounds :biggums:

Notice how his points and rebounds decline every year due to fatigue, wear and tear, and general lack of effort and conditioning

So what do you say?

Take away a championship for sure in 2013 and maybe even 2012 without him, so yes, yes he was.

Nope. Horrace Grant like production is not worth anywhere near 100 million dollars.

You forgot Bosh saved Lebron's legacy. Who rebounded the ball to pass it to Ray Allen? :coleman:

Only reason the Heat needed that rebound so badly is because Bosh couldn't hit a shot to save his life that entire series. :coleman:
With his salary the Heat could have surrounded Lebron with 2 or 3 very good role players, players who weren't allergic to rebounding.

So you want Lebron to turn those role players into spot up shooters too? Look what he's done to Kevin Love... :facepalm

Yeah let's trade Chris Bosh for 3 rebounding role players...

:applause: :applause:

Defense and rebounding are underrated in basketball, just look at Kobe's career without elite interior presence

Heck, even just ONE ring and it still would have been worth it! Winning a championship is the hardest thing to do in any major/top-tier sport.

I'm pretty sure it was LeBron's anti-clutch shot that allowed Bosh to get that rebound.

I'd pay Perkins $111M if it meant a guaranteed championship.

is paying 111 million worth 2 rings?

ask the Knicks how they feel about Melo's contract.

Of course his rebounding numbers went down. He played with Bran. Hard to get offensive rebounds when you're relegated to being a spot up shooter, and he also had Bran soaring in to snatch uncontested rebounds out of his hands on the defensive end.

Being a 24/11 player he was obviously getting the max. His numbers with the Heat require the context of being a third option. He was also playing out of position. How many all stars in the prime of their career have gone from being a first option to a third option while switching positions? I'm guessing Bosh was the first. His shooting ability provided space for Lebron and Wade to operate and his defensive mobility was a key to the Heat being outstanding on that end. The ground he could cover on defense allowed Lebron and Wade to be ultra aggressive on the perimeter. He did a lot of things that don't show up in the box score that helped the Heat tremendously, and ultimately win 2 titles.

Every penny was worth it.

See you Lebron dicksuckers, trophies mean more to us than individual stats.

Yeah, it was worth it. Without him I don't think the Heat would've 2-peated.

If Bosh didn't come back from injury in 2012 they lose to Boston.

Only uneducated fans get brainwashed into believing big names = automatic success. You probably thought the Mavs were gonna be contenders when they traded for Rondo.
The fact of the matter is that Bosh's production wasn't enough to justify taking up such a huge amount of the salary cap. Then in the playoffs his already mediocre production would fall off a cliff. You seriously trying to tell me that 3 good role players couldn't combine to produce more than 12 points and 6 boards in the 2013 playoffs? :kobe:

Yet Love has no problem whatsoever averaging double digit rebounds. :sleeping

there is more to basketball than raw box scores, your suggestion for replacing bosh with rebounding goons that cant space the floor and clog the paint for LeBron would be a complete disaster

you seriously do not know any ball, you arn't fooling anyone, stick to your clown schtick you do with the rest of your homo "family"

Who said anything about 3 rebounding goons? :wtf: All they would need is one ie Reggie Evans. Then you add two more 3 point shooters and Bron has more than enough spacing to do his thing.
Don't question my bball knowledge son, cause I will destroy you every time. :pimp:

Reggie Evans and 2 three point shooters is better than Chris Bosh...

Go home kid, you're done.
