Jersey Idea for NBA Champions

Just an idea, I wanna know your thoughts, should the defending champions be allowed to wear the championship logo on their Jerseys for the whole season?

they moved the nba logo to the back of the uniform to make room for advertisements. the last thing the nba will do is take up more useless space unless its turning them a profit

I'd prefer the idea mentioned in the original post to the current system, where seemingly over half the teams in the league have a gold patch on their backs with an indiscernible number embroidered.

One way or another, I wouldn't mind current champions holding onto some kind of subtle reminder. Rasheed Wallace and the 2004 Pistons going their own way with championship belts was pretty awesome, both because I'm a Pistons fan and because I liked there being something attached to their victory, until someone else usurped them.

I also cherished every time George Blaha referred to our home state club as "The World Champion Detroit Pistons" that year.

I'd like it if they incorporated the total number of championships into the jersey. In international soccer it's shown through the number of stars on a jersey, I wouldn't mind something similar showing up in the NBA.

That would be cool, maybe just an alternate for special occasions or national tv games. Or just for the finals rematch games during the season. Gold for the champion and a silver alt for the runners up, nba would love to sell those.
