Lol come on man! Kobe has the superior post game, mid range, three point shooting, ball handling and much better defender. Westbrook has attacking the basket, mindset, intensity, and will to win like Kobe. I don't mean just close in that sense. Just think about it. Its pretty crazy that it NEVER happened. The last 8 Finals featured one of these two, but never both. They were both strong favorites to make it to the Finals at some notable point of the offseason/season in 4 of those seasons i.e. 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013. They both had teams that were capable of making the Finals from 2007-2013. I'm not saying they should've been facing each other every single year. But given all of what I mentioned, its pretty crazy that it never happened.
