Wade had the final 15 points to cap the scoring vs the Blazers last night.

Deng has been shooting very well from all over the court since the all-star break and his defense remains elite.

2 players that have been doubted and labeled as "declining players" are bucking the naysayers (including myself at times) and playing some of their best ball down the stretch as they are getting comfortable with each other.

Seriously, the only thing that annoys me is that Wade boosted Harden's MVP bid. The Rockets are alone in the #3 seed now. The further down they are, the better it is for Curry's chances... and for basketball, sports and the world.

Wade's old man game has been nice but if he was this consistent I don't think LeBron would have actually left. He purposely sat out too many games. Consistency will prove if Wade's body can hold up. And Deng has been cashed out thanks to Thibs burning him out for years. I'd love to see them make the playoffs as a seventh seed and see a motivated Wade take on Cleveland and LeBron in the first round. His best games have come against him this year and he's looked real motivated.
