If Bosh was playing I'd take the Heat.

But really hard to see anyone on the Heat checking Irving. He's gonna have a monster series.

Dragic vs. Irving would be so fun to watch.

I really hope this is the series we get. I honestly see Wade outplaying LeBron but won't get enough help from his teammates.

God why did Bosh have to get injured. Would have been such a powerful series.

Dragic did a pretty good job on kyrie last time they played against each other. And Deng has been absolutely amazing locking up Lebron both times- last time Lebron had like 10 pts through 3 quarters and decided he was going to get his numbers up once the game was practically over.

Still would be if the Heat won, they just showed they can beat the Cavs without Bosh.

They've actually done that twice

At this point? OKC is to me (minus the Durant injury), Cavs are a close second.

Even with Bosh the Cavs would crush Miami. Kinda reminds me of how Miami couldn't beat Brooklyn in the reg season and got demolished in the playoffs by LeBron.

Heat would smash them boys with a healthy Bosh.

Wade = Bran.

Dragic = Irving.

Bosh > Love.

You forgot:

Whiteside > Mozgov

Mozgov would get in his head, though. Whiteside would focus more on him than the game and the outcome.

Wade is old and even if he produces at 25\5\5 I don't think it would be enough. Probably 4-2 Cavs.

I would of killed to see those guys go at it in the playoffs from 2004-2012.

2006 was the closest. Cavs needed 1 rebound for the Heat-Cavs ECF and it didn't happen.

2009 as well, the Heat lost game 7 to Atlanta. 09 Wade vs 09 LeBron in the playoffs would have been insanity.

Without Bosh, Wade would honestly have to keep up his pace of the past 2 weeks for the Heat to actually win the series. He would need to average close to 30 ppg for the Heat to have a realistic chance to win

2007 If Wade doesn't get hurt.

Hell if the Heat had built around Wade & Bosh I'm sure they would've met in 2011 or 2012.

No way Wade can do that. Wade will likely play like he did in the 2014 Finals, probably worse since LeBron Ball isnt there to boost his stats.

Cavs should probably bench Bran James if they want to win that series. He looked shook as hell in the last game against Miami. I doubt he is mentally up to the task

With a healthy Bosh, it would've been one of the best first round matchups we've seen in many years in the East.

I know Shaq couldn't help an injured Wade. However Wade carried a Shaq claiming to be 30-50% to a Title :confusedshrug:

Heat have a slim chance, personally I hope they do win to get LeBald back for his 2011 choking/sabotage shenanigans. But again, it's slim. Cavs are way too stacked.

That would be amazing, especially with Bosh injured.

What is the news on Bosh? Did I see something about re-evaluating?

I don't know if it's the same, but Rotoworld says Bosh's time table to return to basketball activities is September. There's no way he comes back soon at all if that's what you were thinking. So he should play next year. So hopefully we do get to see Whiteside, Bosh, Deng, Wade and Dragic play together. I would like that to see that.

I thought 2011 was the worst Wade could do, but 2014 took things to another level

I hope Wade/Heat fans also realize that this isn't a win/win scenario where there is no pressure on the Heat as they would not have HCA.

Let us be clear, it is the Cavs who are underdogs in this series. The Heat are the defending conference champs, they should have the pressure put on them to win, even without HCA, to beat the Cavs who haven't made the playoffs since 2010.

So if Heat play the Cavs, you better pray Heat win and Wade shows up, there are no excuses here.
