West won a ring BECAUSE of Chamberlain. "Mr. Clutch" shot .376 in the '72 post-season, and .325 in the Finals...but thank god for Chamberlain, who chopped down a peak Kareem in the WCF's, and then dominated the Knicks, and their FIVE HOFers in the Finals, en route to a FMVP.

Furthermore, West COST Wilt a ring in game seven of the '70 Finals, when he was destroyed by Walt Frazier.
