Won't be Durant but after that Hawks win and yet another triple double, it's Westbrook.

Harden's not on the Thunder anymore

Going to have more MVPs on that team than Finals appearances :oldlol:

Durant/Westbrook would be grateful to end up 2/5

Both Durant and Westbrook were better in their first Finals than Mr 2/5 himself :pimp:

Both are 0/1 and had their soul stolen by the King

remember back in 2006 when a guy was averaging 35/5/5, scoring 80+ in a single game, outscoring a team by himself. averaging 40 for a month multiple times.. dragging kwame/smush to the playoffs

he didnt win mvp cause he only had a 7th seed

right now westbrook has the 8th seed

now i agree he is the real mvp. but its too late to fix the mvp criteria

just keep it as is... a regular season record award

Same guy who lost in the 1st round and quit on his teammates?

Kobe's PER wasnt even extrodinary, it was 28, Westbrooks is better

and MVP has been legit from 2000-2014, Kobe's just not dominant

In the past 30 years, the MVP has always went to a guy on the 1st or 2nd seed in either conference. You need to go back to Moses Malone with the 6th seed.

While I'm a massive Rockets fan, and definitely rooting for Harden to get it, I'm sure Curry will actually win it in the end. Too many wins, too dominant.

Man....they have to give it to this nikka Westbrook. I don't care how shitty our record is.....if he leads this team to the Playoffs with these incredible stats he's the MVP. And it's not even close

They should also have given the MVP to Dwyane Wade in 2009 because of his incredible stats that lead to his team winning 43 games and a first round exit...

even a lebron on one leg, a bad back, and a non contending team is still top 2 in the mvp race :oldlol: . Dam, shows dominance, averaging 26/6/8, with the 2nd seed.

Can we please stop with this garbage, it's debatable if Westbrook is even a top 3 mvp candidate let alone the favorite. The award has never gone to a player on a 7-8 seed and never will.

Just stop.
