got to love these assholes so against it because someone in their family gets it for them working for a big company. and as soon as that well runs dry, they jump right on Obamacare, something they've been vehemently opposed to.

there are a lot of politicians i hate but this dude is the worst. its unbelievable to me he even has a following, and is running for Prez :coleman:

Americans need to purge their politicians, period.

Why do you think that?

Well, currently he is the only official candidate, so his statement isn't inaccurate. It will change very soon though once others put their hat in the ring.

This is the #1 guy for the GOP? :lol
A good number of his fellow GOP politicians hate Ted Cruz. He considered the most hated man in the Senate and a lot of that hate comes from his own party. He's constantly grandstanding and doing things that get Ted Cruz a lot of attention, but backfire against his party.

A Simpsons writer on Twitter said

Ted Cruz just said he is running for president.

He's running for president in the same a man with no teeth says he about to eat a boat.

This is the #1 guy for the GOP? :lol

He's dead last by a good margin of the serious GOP candidates. I think he has the support of only 5% of the constituency. I don't even think he believes he can win, I am guessing he is hoping to jump into the VP spot with his candidacy. He just doesn't want to repeal ObamaCare, he wants to abolish the IRS. He is also wants to ban abortion and gay marriage which are the real losers. Plus Republicans will look a little hypocritical supporting him since he was born in another country(by a US citizen) which is exactly what some threw a fuss over with Obama.

He would be a lousy choice for prez, but then again so is this total loser we got sitting in the White House today. :/

KevinNYC

It seems that his wife is taken a leave from her (at Goldman Sachs) and that's why they no longer have Healthcare.

As a member of Congress he is required by law to use the exchange. I don't think this is hypocritical of him. Not from what I've heard yet. It's beautifully ironic though.

None of you guys know Politics other than the talking points you read on Liberal websites that KevinNYC writes on. Ted Cruz is the anti-politician. For you guys to lump him in with other D.C. politicians is ridiculous.

He's a radical, but for all the right reasons. He's similar to Rand Paul with the exception perhaps of Paul's isolationist ideas.

So guys like Paul and Cruz are fresh faces in Washington, but of course you clueless f*cks wouldn't know any of that cause you're robots programmed to vote Democrat.

If you think Cruz is doing this for any other reason than to get some sweet donation money from the rubes, you're a fool. He has 0% chance in the general and I'd say about 5% in the primary based on how hated he is by everyone, including half of the Republicans in Congress.

So guys like Paul and Cruz are fresh faces in Washington, but of course you clueless f*cks wouldn't know any of that cause you're robots programmed to vote Democrat.Ted Cruz has been involved in Washington Politics ever since he graduated from Harvard Law School. Have you heard of Harvard Law School? President Obama graduated from there. Bush went to Harvard too, but the business school. Cruz has the standard Ivy League political CV. He clerked for Chief Justice Rehnquist. He helped prepare people for their Clinton impeachment hearing testimony. He joined Bush's campaign in 1999. He has plenty of establishment credentials. When Bush v Gore in Florida went down to the wire he was in Tallahasee, Florida for the recount.

This is not Sarah Pain. He's not an outsider. He's got a list of establishment credentials a mile long.

And the Democrats have.....A former Secretary of State who is leading the top 7 Republicans by at least 10 points.

I don' t know how she is doing against Cruz because he is tied with Rick Perry for eighth with 4% and they didn't go that far down the list.

So he's got a lot of Republicans in front of him before he goes up against a Democrat.

So one candidate? Mired in nothing but scandals and controversy these past few years. Good luck!

The only reason she may be leading in some polls is because the Democrats have absolutely no one else besides her, which says something about that party. The Republicans just need to get behind one candidate once and for all and when that happens, this pipe dream about Hillary will be over and done with.

:oldlol: Well Hillary is the one who coined the phrase "vast right-wing conspiracy". Of course at the time she used it to explain accusations that her husband was lying about the Lewinsky affair, which turned out to be the case. The right might be reaching on some issues but they have every reason to question both Bill and Hillary's honesty.

He's following the law. :biggums:

This has nothing to do with "following the law". What, do you think he was breaking the law before, and Obama's gestapo finally forced him to sign up for Obamacare?

His family's health insurance is covered through his wife's position at Goldman Sachs. Now that she's taking a leave of absence due to HIS CAMPAIGN, his family has to find a new insurance plan, and the most affordable one is woah, get this, Obamacare. Cruz has the choice to purchase an insurance plan through a non ACA-exchange, but the only reason he would need to do that is political leverage at this point.

Educate yourself a little bit before spouting off nonsense like "libtards".
