Nah, I'm eating a 16oz lean cut of Bison and enjoying our 3 game lead in the standings WITHOUT Reggie Jackson.

Waiters had 23 points on 10-16 shooting tonight and is a better defender than Jackson can ever be.

I'd be salty too if my team was shit and going nowhere soon. Extra salt with a side of vitamin E-ther.

OKC is better off without him, but he can play.

Feels like a light version of the Josh Smith situation earlier in the year. He was toxic to my team, I was happy to see him go, then I felt vindication when he struggled in Houston. Then eventually he started doing pretty darn well for a stretch and seems to have found a middle ground.

Same story with Jackson? Struggle early, make OKC fans feel really good, go on a hot stretch, find a happy medium down the line?

Every once in a while he has a good offensive game. No consistency with him though and he's a putrid defender, and a terrible 3pt. shooter. No use for the guy on a championship team.

I'm sure he'll enjoy leading his team to the lottery every year in the East though.

UPGRADE.

Smallest criticism for Jackson tonight: came in hitting 34/36 free throws for the Pistons. Missed 2/4 down the stretch though (one being online but barely coming up short).

I said it in another thread but not only is Jackson one of the most athletics pg's in the game, but his body control and above most handles is amongst the elite. He's got a real bright future if he can tune up that jumper.

Looks like it. Cant hate on a player for playing well.

Reggie Jackson has taken over the team it looks like. Like the team goes as he goes.

His 11 points and terrible playmaking + no defense.

PLAYOFF FREAK. Game 4 against Memphis will be the highlight of his career. He's trash.

This is going to sound like one of those made up ESPN stats but: Has there ever been any other teams that have had three different starting point guards come in and have five-game stretches where they've averaged 20 points and 10 assists?

From "worst player in the NBA" to "one of the most underrated players" in just a matter of games.

Jennings and Augustine were putting up great numbers as well, SVG is a very good coach and knows how to run an offense suited to his Points. It dumbfounds the casual fan who questions the fluctuating performances of players, but the answer is that every NBA player, make it there because most importantly they are elite pro level players. A scrub in the NBA is a great basketball player compared to other pro basketball players; a good coach can milk nice games from a player who performed sub-par playing for a bad coach.

SVG continues to make honey out of horse shit:applause:

It's a shame they've had so many changes this season, without that last 10 game losing streak they could have made the playoffs..
