Are you even serious? It wasn't a flop. For one he was off balance, and there was contact. Green isn't known for making moves off the dribble. A flop is when there isn't contact or heavily exaggerated contact.

It wasn't really that far and Green is a lot bigger. Lillard didn't have his legs under him to push with his legs and slide that far.
