What is his maximum potential? Prime George Hill, Prime Jamal Crawford, or higher like Prime Gilbert Arenas?

He's got the height and size to play both guard positions, possibly at a high level. That in itself is a solid trait to have. He's got the athleticism to hang at this level and possibly excel. He's not Westbrook athletic but he's pretty explosive. He's also very fluid in his movements.

He's got decent touch. But like any young player, only time will tell how good he will be from the outside. But his form looks good. He can create his own shot at times, which is good because a lot of young players really struggle to get anything in their rookie year in iso situations. He's also improved his passing noticeably over the last few weeks. He looked like a deer in headlights to start the season but now he's playing more relaxed and seeing the court better.

To me, how far he goes will depend a lot on his iso skills. If he learns how to consistently break down a set defender, he can go pretty far. But the hardest thing to do in basketball is to create your own shot against a set defender. If he doesn't, he can still be a valuable player as he'll probably be able to play both guard positions at a somewhat high level.

I wondered if he had a good game. Typical ISH reaction.

The Wizards badly needed a young backup pg but they sold this pick for, you guessed it, CASH. The Lakers used the pick for Clarkson.
